How Pack Rewards works

1. Join: Create an account and receive 50 welcome points.
2. Earn: Receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
3. Redeem: Use 100 points for $5 off a future eligible order.

Use the Rewards button on the storefront to join, sign in, view your balance, and redeem available rewards.

Program terms

• Membership is free and is tied to the email address used for the customer account.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, gift cards, canceled orders, refunded amounts, and other excluded charges may not earn points.
• Points connected to canceled, returned, or refunded purchases may be removed.
• A reward cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to the checkout restrictions displayed when it is issued.
• Abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or manipulation of the program may result in point removal or account suspension.
• Tail Catcher Pet Co. may change or end the program. Material changes will be posted on this page.
